Since the products and services which are being offered by TheCustomBoxes.com.au are customized according to the client's query, it is recommended that the customer must inform the company, if the delivered products are not according to their requirements and specifications, or are defective, at support@TheCustomBoxes.com.au within 3 working days after receiving the order. A charge back is not an option, however, a free re-print of the order is provided by the company if the fault in the product is proven to be on the company's side. The defect is determined by the management team of TCB. Full order must be shipped back within 7 working days by the customer at their own cost along with proper documents or product's defects and digital photographs so that the order can be reprinted correctly. If the fault is at the client's end and still they want a refund, they will have to send us back the printed job, a charge back will be provided after deducting the product's setup and shipping cost by the company.
