Auto Bottom Tray Boxes and Packaging
The bottom tray of these boxes is shipped with a predefined shape which can be easily assembled without being messed up. We have a high speed die cut box style as our specialty that saves the customers time and money while assembling displays or packing our auto bottom tray boxes. There is no need of taping the bottom of the box as we made it ready to pack at once it leaves our facility.

Auto Bottom Tray Boxes are manufactured with finest card stock. We use PMS offset printing system over quality cardboard that has solid thickness ranges from 280-550 GSM. Premium Cardboard Stock
Our premium quality printed boxes use Elite board that comes from virgin liners. This feature allows the box to fold better without any cracked scores. We provide 30% to 50% extra strength to the parts that has to be glued. This quality ensures that the auto bottom trays will not additionally require any more taping or labor as our boxes should not separate out once they are joined.
